CHOCOLATE AND ORANGE CHIA SEED PUDDING

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup Organic Road Chia Seeds
  • 375 ml rice milk or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Organic Road Cacao Powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 2 tbs raw honey
  • Zest and juice of 1 orange
  • Plain unsweetened yoghurt (optional)
  • 1 orange, peeled and cut into segments
  • Grated dark chocolate, to serve

METHOD

  1. Place Organic Road Chia Seeds, milk, Organic Road Cacao Powder, vanilla powder, honey and orange zest and juice into a large bowl, mixing well to combine.
  2. Place bowl in fridge for 1 hour or until set.
  3. Divide mixture among 4 small, glass serving bowls.
  4. Top with yoghurt and orange segments, then serve sprinkled with grated dark chocolate.
